Customers must not use BLYNX AIM Ltd services for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Distributing, storing, or transmitting illegal, offensive, or indecent materials.
• Engaging in cybercrime, hacking, or unauthorised access (Computer Misuse Act 1990).
• Infringing intellectual property rights, such as copyright and trademarks.
• Processing personal data unlawfully under the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

We reserve the right to take immediate action, including service suspension or termination, upon discovering any unlawful activities.

3. Compliance with International Law

The Internet is global; customers must ensure they do not violate laws applicable in other countries. BLYNX AIM Ltd does not take responsibility for legal consequences arising from foreign jurisdictions.

4. Responsible Usage

Customers must not:

• Engage in spam, phishing, or sending unsolicited emails.
• Host or link to illegal torrents, copyrighted content, or exploitative materials.
• Run services that excessively consume network resources or impact other customers.
• Use web storage for email hosting, private backups, or media archiving.

Service abuse may result in immediate termination.

5. Security & Privacy

Customers must:

• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Ensure servers are secure and updated against vulnerabilities.
• Take responsibility for all traffic originating from their server.

If malicious traffic is detected, BLYNX AIM Ltd may suspend services to prevent harm to other users.

6. Email Usage

BLYNX AIM Ltd strictly prohibits:

• Sending spam or unsolicited commercial email.
• Operating open mail relays.
• Hosting email campaigns without verifiable opt-in and opt-out options.

7. Hosting & Dedicated Servers

By using BLYNX AIM Ltd’s dedicated servers, customers agree to:

• Take full responsibility for hosted content and ensure compliance with UK laws.
• Prevent excessive bandwidth usage that affects other customers.
• Maintain proper website backups.
• Secure login credentials to prevent unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to remove non-compliant servers from our network.

8. Security Violations & Breaches

Any attempt to breach security, such as:

• Gaining unauthorised access to systems or networks.
• Running packet sniffers, keyloggers, or privacy-invading software.
• Attempting to bypass copy protection or encryption.

Such activities may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

9. Network & Infrastructure Usage

Customers must not:

• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or network disruptions.
• Run unauthorised mailing lists or mass email campaigns.
• Share assigned IP addresses with unauthorised parties.

10. Service Limitations

Customers using quota-based services must monitor their usage. If usage exceeds the quota, additional fees may apply.

11. Policy Enforcement

BLYNX AIM Ltd reserves the right to:

• Investigate any reported violations of this AUP.
• Suspend or terminate services if violations occur.
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

Whenever possible, we will notify customers before taking enforcement actions.
